The performance marked the Poker Face singer's first live performance of the single, and to ensure she was the talk of the night, stepped out of her dress at the end of the song.
Showing off her slender frame, the star - who had her breasts and bum on display - slowly made her way off the stage leaving a stunned audience shouting for more.
